On Saturday March 13, 2010 was carried out by the Citizens' Assembly Urbanisation San Luis, convened by the respective municipal council. In the Assembly there were two points of discussion, the first field situation where the batting center and the second status of the security project of Common Council of San Luis. La Casa del Pueblo in El Cafetal was invited as a speaker to explain the status of the project from the perspective of the Government of Miranda, where our director, Roberto Alvarez Bucholska spoke about the difficulty that led to the transience of the new Act Community Councils, the National Assembly passed in late 2009 and the date you took the necessary renewal of that community council. It also urged spokespersons and other community members to attend the workshop on the new Law on Communal Councils, to be held on Wednesday 24 March from 6pm at the headquarters of the Association of Residents of Santa Paula, on Avenue of the urbanization Gemini .
