Havana, 28 Apr.-The Damas de Blanco, a group of women groups for mothers, wives, aunts and other relatives of prisoners of conscience in Cuba, the government will not ask permission of the island for their peaceful marches, until they receive a legal document with the restrictions imposed, Havana said the leader of the women Laura Pollan, in an exclusive statement given to the Union of Free Journalists of Cuba.
