1:21 pm pm - Districts with the best value for money in real estate offer

San Miguel, Los Olivos, Ate, Independence and others are among the districts with good access to trade, education and transportation and where the square meter is still maintained at good prices.

Without a doubt, means lower middle segments of the Peruvian people today have a greater range of real estate, thanks to improved economic climate in the country, This has led many people to access decent housing.

example of this is that today districts like San Miguel, Los Olivos, Puente Piedra Santa Clara, Ate, Rimac, Independence, Scrub and the constitutional province of Callao, are located between those who keep the best value for money, told RPP News general manager of the Peace Centennial Real Estate, Juan Pablo Vásquez.

The executive explained that these districts now offer not only basic services but also have a large commercial supply, have nearby schools are located near main roads, among other benefits, offsetting well payment made per square meter of housing.

"You find the best value for money in districts where municipalities do not hinder investment. This increases the efficiency of projects and results eventually in the final cost, "Vásquez said.

Vasquez explained that the price of apartments located in these districts, it ranges between U.S. $ 30 billion to $ 50 thousand for the approximate price per square foot of between $ 550 and $ 900 for projects ranging from 45 to 80 square meters. In areas such as Barranco, Miraflores and San Isidro, the square meter with similar benefits could be about U.S. $ 1.400.

"When people buy a home is good to see that the offer is varied in the same district, which has different sizes of departments, because in the end even within the same socioeconomic level, people have different needs throughout their lives. "

indicated that the housing deficit remains high, especially for middle-income segments, so the demand for housing in these districts continue to grow in the coming years.

"In reality all in Lima and throughout Peru. The housing shortage is around 2 million and the unmet demand of people that if they can afford with current programs (Techo Propio and My House), are about 400 000 people, in the case of Lima, "added Vasquez.

Continuous Dry Throat Whats Happening To Me?

Holy Week in El Cafetal

During Lent 2011 the Nazareno de San Pablo visited the Church of Our Lady of Charity of Cobre, Santa Paula, thousands of parishioners in the industry and surrounding areas flocked to the temple to see and made their requests. This activity was only the prelude of what was to live the people of this area during the week higher. Easter was felt strongly in this parish, several expressions are perfectly lined up to commemorate the passion, death and resurrection of Jesus of Nazareth.

The three ecclesiastical parishes located in the area provided their congregations opportunity to live the Way of the Cross through the ordeal that organized the Church of the Transfiguration of the Lord, located in Santa Ana, the aforementioned Santa Paula and the congregation of San Luis Gonzaga, in Chuao. The latter joined community organizations in Santa Marta and Santa Sofia to represent the Way of the Cross in those places.

La Casa del Pueblo El Cafetal was pleased to participate in various activities held during the Week. Roberto Alvarez, director of this summer house, was honored to perform many of the relevant readings in these ceremonies. And the team handed out rosaries, bracelets and scapulars as gifts to guests at each meeting.

outdoor Masses, plays, processions and ordeal resulted in a Holy Week that Alvarez described as positive, because "different sectors participated in various communities and traditions were strengthened."
