At the request of St. Louis Community Council and Residents' Association, and later the Scout group Autana, that on January 21 and March 2 respectively, the House of the People of El Cafetal through Maintenance Miranda, proceeded to dismantle ramps and modifications to the park The Rows of San Luis on Tuesday March 16 and subsequent removal of the materials generated the following day. This action is based on the power of the community council to regulate and control the proper use of space for your jurisdiction, and to use that has this park according to the law.
